About the Author

Greg Scott

Greg Scott is a dad. He is thrilled to have cycled with his son all the way across Canada over fifteen years. He is very proud to have shared an adventure with his daughter where they became the first to ski all the lift-serviced ski areas in British Columbia in one single winter.

Greg is an alumnus of the University of Alberta and the University of British Columbia. He is an author, speaker, lecturer, and entrepreneur. He has partnered in the development of a board game company, hospitality ventures, and the creation of micro home villages. He was in the ski industry for fifteen years, first in resort management and then in key roles at Alberta Alpine, Alpine Canada Alpin, the Canadian Alpine Ski Team, and the Canadian representative on the marketing committee for FIS (International Ski and Snowboard Federation).

Greg and his daughter co-founded the Tidbits of Change Foundation to encourage youths to take on passion projects in collaboration with a parent or mentor. Information on the foundation can be found at www.tidbitsofchange.org

Greg has lived and worked on projects in beautiful places in Europe and North America, but he and his wife proudly call Western Canada home.

Fifty percent of the time he throws rock in Rock, Paper, Scissors.

He has been told that he sometimes wears dad socks on bike trips.
